Terms of Service

Plain English summary: By using Pawztagram, you agree to post only pet-related content, treat other users respectfully, and not misuse the platform. You own your content. We own the platform. Violations may result in account suspension.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Pawztagram ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Andretta Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("we," "us," "our"), the company that owns and operates Pawztagram.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Pawztagram.
- Users aged 13–17 must have parental consent.
- By using the Service, you confirm you meet these age requirements.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
3. Your Account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
- You may not create multiple accounts to evade a ban or suspension.
- You may not sell, transfer, or allow others to access your account.
- Notify us immediately at security@pawztagram.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Content Rules
What Pawztagram is for
Pawztagram is exclusively a pet social network. All content you post must feature pets (animals) as the primary subject. Our AI Pet-Gate™ automatically verifies this on every upload.
Content you own
You retain full ownership of the content you post. By posting on Pawztagram, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, distribute, and promote your content within the Pawztagram platform and in connection with marketing Pawztagram.
Content standards
All content must comply with the following standards:
- Must primarily feature animals/pets
- Must be accurate — no misleading or deceptive content
- Must not violate copyright or intellectual property of others
- Must not contain spam, excessive advertising, or phishing links
Strictly prohibited content: Animal abuse, cruelty, or harm · Adult or explicit content · Content depicting illegal activity · Hate speech targeting any group · Content that endangers children · Graphic violence or gore
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Post content that violates any law or regulation
- Harass, bully, threaten, or harm other users
- Impersonate any person, pet account, or organisation
- Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to access the Service
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Use the Lost Pet Alert feature for non-emergency purposes
- Post fake lost pet alerts or fraudulent reward offers
- Misuse PawMatch to solicit money, scam users, or facilitate illegal breeding
- Circumvent our AI Pet-Gate™ verification system
- Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Collect other users' personal information without consent
6. Intellectual Property
The Pawztagram name, logo, design, AI Pet-Gate™, PawMatch™, and all platform features are the intellectual property of Andretta Technologies Pvt. Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works of any part of the platform without our written permission.
If you believe your copyright has been infringed on Pawztagram, contact us at copyright@pawztagram.com with details of the alleged infringement.
7. Payments & Subscriptions
Subscriptions
PawPro (₹299/month) and PawBusiness (₹999/month) subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were incorrectly charged, contact us within 7 days at billing@pawztagram.com.
Creator Tips & Talent Payments
Payments sent via Creator Tips or Talent Agency bookings are processed through our payment partners. A platform service fee applies to all transactions. Andretta Technologies is not responsible for disputes between creators and fans or between talent and clients.
Price Changes
We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. You can cancel before the new price takes effect.
8. Termination
By you
You can delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
By us
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if you:
- Violate these Terms in a serious or repeated manner
- Post prohibited content, especially content involving animal abuse
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Harass or harm other users
For minor violations, we may give a warning or temporary suspension before permanent termination. You may appeal a termination by emailing appeals@pawztagram.com within 30 days.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Pawztagram is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Andretta Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for:
- Loss of data, revenue, or profits
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Actions or content of other users
- Service outages or technical failures
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
